Terms & Conditions
- Excludes all sell-ins (polar trips, Dragoman, short breaks, expedition tours and Urban Adventures, etc.)
- There will be no extensions to the travel and booking periods.
- Recipient must be employed as a travel agent or in the travel industry at the time of travel to redeem this trip.
- If the tour selected exceeds the value of $3,000, full payment of the remaining balance must be made at the time of booking.
- This offer cannot be combined or used in conjunction with any other offers.
- This offer is not transferable and can not be redeemed for cash.
- The agent incentive does not include airfares, trip kitties, travel insurance, extra accommodation, or visas etc.
- Intrepid Group brands (Intrepid Travel, Peregrine Adventures, Geckos Adventures) Booking Conditions will apply to the free trip booked, and it is imperative that you examine those conditions before booking on an Intrepid Group tour. The most up to date Booking Conditions are accessible on our brand websites.
- As outlined in the Intrepid Group of brands Booking Conditions, travel insurance is compulsory for all Intrepid Travel travelers and should be taken out prior to or at the time of booking. Please see the Booking Conditions for more details in this regard.
- The trip is subject to availability and confirmation by Intrepid Travel at the time of booking.
- Trip prices and itineraries are subject to change at any time, including after booking. If there is a significant price change to a trip that is outside the control of Intrepid Travel (for example a significant increase in third party service provider costs), travelers may need to be re-invoiced at the new price. Promotions & discounts will still apply to the new price.
- Some trips must meet minimum number requirements prior to confirmation so please check at the time of booking.
- Departures must have 4 confirmed bookings before a prize winner can be booked on a trip. Please consult with your Intrepid Group staff member for more details.
- Private groups will count as one booking toward the incentive.
