Email Update

• Email Migration was successful.
• Almost all machines have been converted to Windows 10 and Office 365 (Office 2016)
• If out of office, staff can view their new emails at email.donovantravel.com. Use usual email address and password.
• You can view old emails using https://win-mail18.hostmanagement.net. Use usual email address and password.
• I will be onsite Tuesday morning around 8:30am. I need to finish the following machines: Marketing, Dave, Judy.

Hi Folks – Here’s an update on the GoDaddy/Microsoft Office 365 migration:Just about everyone has created a new GoDaddy Outlook account.

Email Update

• Email Migration was successful.
• Staff can view their new emails at email.donovantravel.com. Use usual email address and password. I was able to send and receive emails using GoDaddy account.
• You can view old emails using https://win-mail18.hostmanagement.net. Use usual email address and password.
• CNS and I will be onsite on Monday morning around 8:30am. We’ll need to configure each machine to send/receive emails using GoDaddy. Most of the machines have been upgraded to Office 365, so the configuration change should not take too long.

Hi Folks – Here’s an update on the GoDaddy/Microsoft Office 365 migration:

• Just about everyone has created a new GoDaddy Outlook account.
• Most staff were able to download and run the Outlook Assistant. Don’t worry if the process failed.
• On Friday, CNS is scheduled to update the downstairs computers with more memory and Windows 10.
• The email switch will happen on Saturday at 10pm. If possible, please check/download your email as close to 10 pm as possible, but not after 10 pm.
• On Monday morning, Office 365 (including Outlook) will be installed on the majority of computers. CNS will be onsite.
