All flights for the entire ticketed itinerary must be ticketed as United Airlines (016) and operated by United Airlines or United Express. |

The minimum fare requirements are determined by the base fare (before discount), excluding taxes, fees and surcharges. |

This certificate is VOID if used to promote products and/or services not authorized by United. |

The use of this certificate for advertising purposes in any form is prohibited. |

UA reserves the right to terminate or change this offer without notice. |

| b4. EWR to/from: BOM, CCS, DEL, TLV |
| b5. GUM to/from anywhere in North America |
| c. Minimum/maximum stay as required by the fare rules applicable to the ticket purchased. |

| e. Not combinable with any other travel certificate, MileagePlus reward, discounted fares, commissions or other discount programs of any kind. |

Seats are capacity controlled and may be unavailable on certain flights or dates. Waitlisting is not permitted. |

| b. Enter the promotion code and PIN all run together in the Offer Code box and then click the arrow >. (Ex 17BFVG123456789) |
| c. Next screen gives the ticketing instructions and terms & conditions. At the bottom of the page, enter the UA record locator that the cert is being used against and submit. |
| d. If PIN & Promo are valid the next screen will display the electronic certificate number. |
